The Last of the Not So Mohicans

Okay, so here they are: Chuck and Moses out in the middle of the ocean trying to look like Daniel Day-Lewis in Last of the Mohicans. This is a big file to download but it is well worth it! Posted by Picasa

Dancin' Lessons with Aunt Cassie

Aunt Cassie decided it was time for me to learn how to dance! I really had to focus to get all the moves figured out, but I think I got it! Posted by Picasa

Laughing with Dad!

Caleb and I had a lot of fun playing the other day. I made him laugh and then he made me laugh! Posted by Picasa

Sign me Up for Little League!

S Nanna got me this really cool hat and uniform!
I was so impressed by my new look that my jaw dropped open and I commenced drooling!
It's even good for kicking back and relaxin'! Posted by Picasa

Hanging with Aunt Cass and Uncle Joe

Caleb Plays on the Floor!

Here's a fun little video of Caleb trying to move on the floor. I know the pic doesn't fit the video--but it's such a great pic I couldn't resist Posted by Picasa

Caleb Out Hiking

Posted by Picasa Carmen, Caleb, and I went out hiking today on the Lunch Creek Trail. We decided to add this great little video of Caleb looking up at the trees. I know I haven't added video in a long time (working on some technical problems.) So enjoy. Remember to right click then save as!

The Guy Loves Ceilings

So I've been telling people Caleb stares at the ceiling like half the day. Well, here's proof. He loves his ceilings. We have a nice cedar vaulted ceiling which helps.
He also loved Walmarts with all the external contruction workings (wires and support bars)
Of course even the most avid ceiling watcher has to catch a cat nap now and then. And when Tolo is on board (the stuffed alien toy or whatever he is suppose to be) sleeping is just too inviting!

Irresistable Little Guy!

Now let's all admit it. None of you would be online right now looking at pics of Aunt Cassie and me if we didn't have Caleb with us. He's irresistable!

And He know how to take a good picture!

Pack-n-Play

Nana got us this great pack-n-play. The changing table has been awesome and used almost exclusively. I must say though. So far sleeping in the bassinet part hasn't happened too often. In fact the face Caleb is making in this pic about sums up his feelings about sleeping in bassinets period!
When he gets older though, the bassinet comes out and the bottom is a great play-pen! Thanks, Nana! Posted by Picasa

Evil Squirrel

Okay so here's the story. I was trying to take a picture of this Red Squirrel, and he wasn't really cooperating. He kept giving me the evil eye!

Out Hiking!

We've gone hiking (not just walking) twice with Caleb now. The first time was when Grandma was still here to go with us. Caleb likes to ride facing forward so that he can look at trees.
I know he seems to just be sleeping in these pictures, but trust me, when he's awake on the hikes, he's looking straight up at all the trees. He's either preparing to be a Forest Service Ranger or sizing up some lumber before he gives Jimmy George a call.
This is at Connoll Lake and Caleb is as snug as a bug. He's wearing Nana's hat--eventhough it really doesn't fit yet. And that odd cape looking thing over my shoulder was a rain shield I covered him with during the rain storms. However, at night I do pull it out of the closet as part of my super hero costume--Shhhh, don't tell anyone you know a super hero! Posted by Picasa

Exploring the Floor!

Caleb is starting to hang out on the floor more and more lately. He likes pretending that he's out exploring by himself.
Sometimes everything is just too funny for words!
But every little explorer gets tired from time to time. So catching a quick nap is always a good use of some afternoon hours!
